FAQs

Do you only coach executives?

No. Executive coaching is all about leadership, and leadership comes in all shapes and sizes. It can be a valuable resource for individuals looking to take their career to the next level, as well as for organizations looking to develop their leaders and improve overall performance.

Ok. So what exactly is Executive Coaching?

It’s a tool for personal and professional development, helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Check out this blog post for a more robust response.

Do you provide feedback of 1:1 sessions to company leadership?

Even if your sessions are sponsored by your company, the answer is no. It’s a personal/professional choice, and I adhere to ICF code of ethics. Like in therapy it’s important to create a safe environment where participants feel confident in sharing and discussing complex topics. The only exception is if your coach feels that you will cause harm to yourself or others.

Do you only talk about work issues?

Never. Humans are dynamic. Thus, our personal lives will and do affect our professional work. And because it’s rarely about the actual work product, nothing is off limits in sessions.
